Salary: $73,008 to $112,632 Annually

As the Operations and Maintenance Division Manager, you will provide executive, strategic leadership and direct the work operations of the District's largest division, with almost 80 employees who are responsible for flood control structures spanning across and beyond the county borders. This division performs structure inspections, maintenance, repair, weather instrumentation maintenance as well as facilities and vehicle and heavy equipment fleet management.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction, Business or Public Administration or a closely related field.
Five (5) years of flood control program operations or related experience.
Two (2) years of supervising experience.
OR Combined education and experience qualifications:
An equivalent combination of post-secondary education and/or job-related experience may substitute for the required education on a year for year basis.
