DESCRIPTION: The San Antonio River Authority seeks to hire a Utilities Manager who can use their expertise to provide leadership for the operations, capital improvement planning and execution, financial management, development, maintenance, administration and customer service aspects of a rapidly growing wastewater utility system.

COMPENSATION: Salary range is $ $111,212.06 - $166,818.10 (DOE) plus outstanding fringe benefits which includes excellent health/vision/dental insurance packages, 401a/457b retirement program, 12 vacations days per year, 11 paid holidays per year, etc.

Requirements

An Undergraduate Degree in Public Administration, Management, Engineering, or related field; and seven (7) years of progressive experience as a supervisor or manager in assigning and supervising the work of others with demonstrated direct responsibility for multi-faceted direction and planning; a minimum of (5) five years of experience in the preparation, oversight, and analysis of operational and capital budgets; Governmental or public sector experience preferred; or a combination of experience and education that results in the required knowledge, skills, and abilities is required.
