$29.45- $41.23/ hour (approx. $61,261- $85,766 annually), depending on experience and based on State of Oregon defined bona fide factors in accordance with Oregon's Pay Equity Act.
The City of Springfield is seeking to fill an Environmental Analyst position in the Environmental Services Division (ESD) of the Development and Public Works Department. This position is housed in the Budget, Finance and Administration programs, and works on a wide variety of projects in support of the Metropolitan Wastewater Management Commission (MWMC) and associated regional wastewater programs. It is expected that the person filling this position will have the ability to analyze and interpret complex policies, and financial and technical data. Advanced communications skills are required.
This position requires broad knowledge of principles, practices and procedures related to governmental finance and accounting, financial planning and policies, the federal Clean Water Act, intergovernmental coordination, and collaboration.
