SALEM CITY is seeking a FT experienced individual with strong leadership skills, technical knowledge and excellent verbal/administrative/organizational skills to manage all activities of its Sewer Facility.
The position entails directing all aspects of wastewater to include: planning, development, organizing/directing programs, delivery of services, public improvement projects, budget supervision, capital planning, labor relations, customer service and personnel management of employees/contractors/vendors, repair/construction projects of the sewer facilities maintenance.
Candidates must possess a S3 (MANDATORY) and a C2 license (OPTIONAL) with at least five (5) years experience in utilities personnel management.
