Salary: $69,025 to $89,733 Annually

To perform a variety of semi-skilled and skilled tasks associated with the operation and maintenance of the District’s drinking water treatment plant; to monitor treatment plant operations; to collect, analyze and report on plant operations; and to monitor and evaluate plant flow and reservoir levels.
Experience and Training
Any combination of experience and training that would provide the required knowledge and abilities is qualifying. A typical way to obtain the required knowledge and abilities would be:
Two years of responsible journey experience similar to Water Treatment Operator I with the Santa Fe Irrigation District.
Education as required by the State of California Department of Public Health to obtain and retain a Water Treatment Operators Certificate, Grade 2.
License and Certificate:
Possession of a valid California Department of Public Health Water Treatment Operators Certificate, Grade 2 (T2).
