The City of San José California is investing more than $100 million dollars in their regional wastewater facility (RWF), the largest advanced wastewater facility in the West. It is one of the greatest public works programs in the history of the South Bay

The CIP division is responsible for planning and implementing long-term capital improvement projects at the RWF. The division is currently comprised of 50 full-time positions that perform project delivery, program administration, budget planning, and process engineering services.
