This position will respond to general maintenance work orders not limited to, butincluding patching, replacing ceiling tiles, moving office furniture, repairing amenities,painting, and light bulb replacement. Successful candidate must be able to travel to allAW locations. The person in this position must have problem solving skills, strongcustomer service skills, and the ability to think and work independently.

Education and/or Equivalent Experience:
Graduation from an accredited high school or equivalent, plus three (3) years ofbuilding maintenance and construction work, including heating, cooling, electrical,and plumbing systems.
Relevant work experience may substitute for the education up to the maximum offour (4) years.
Licenses or Certifications:
Texas Class “C” Operator’s License.
Moderate. Tasks involve bending, lifting, walking, carrying, or using a force equalto lifting up to fifty (50) pounds.

- Experience working in a commercial or industrial environment to include electrical, plumbing, painting and carpentry work.
- Experience with computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
- Experience with Preventative Maintenance (PM) programs.
Pay Range $21.38 – $24.03
Hours Monday – Friday: 7:00 AM – 3:30PM
This position will be required to work on-call shifts on a rotating basis, including nights, weekends and holidays.
