General Duties:
Under supervision provide coordination of the City's and the Minneapolis Park & Recreation Board's efforts to comply with Federal, State, and Local regulations for storm-water management and surface water management and work cooperatively with the overall planning and programming for City's surface water, storm-water and sanitary sewer systems.
Minimum Requirements:
Education:   Bachelor's Degree in Earth Science, Biological Science, Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Environmental Studies, Public Health, or a related field or equivalent.
Experience:  Five years of experience which includes progressively responsible supervisory experience, and experience in water quality education, regulatory processes, permits, and storm-water treatment practices.
EQUIVALENCY: An equivalent combination of related education and experience may be considered.
