Marina Coast Water District is seeking an innovative and collaborative District Engineer to lead critical infrastructure, capital improvement, and utility engineering initiatives for a growing and forward-thinking public agency.

The ideal candidate will be a technically strong and emotionally intelligent leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, builds strong relationships across teams and agencies, and brings a hands-on, solutions-oriented approach to leadership. Experience with capital improvement planning, utility infrastructure systems, regulatory coordination, and staff development is highly desired.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Seven years of professional engineering experience in the water/wastewater industry, including five years in a supervisory or management role
• Valid Professional Engineer (PE) license required
