This role provides leadership for a broad portfolio of water, wastewater, and irrigation infrastructure projects while ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with regulatory requirements.The ideal candidate is a technically strong and forward-thinking engineering professional with experience managing capital projects, administering consultant contracts, and leading multidisciplinary teams.
